Returns & Studio Policies
What is your return policy?
Above all, I want you to absolutely LOVE your new artwork. If it arrives and you find it doesn't fit your space or isn't what you envisioned, I will accept returns within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact me immediately.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Because original artwork is fragile, the piece must be returned in its original packaging (including corner guards for cradleboards) and shipped with tracking and full insurance coverage. A refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued once the artwork arrives back at the studio in its original, undamaged condition.
What happens if my art arrives damaged?
I take extreme care packing every canvas and cradleboard securely to withstand transit. However, if your artwork arrives damaged due to postal handling, please contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the damaged packaging and the artwork itself. I will work with you directly to file an insurance claim and find a resolution.
Art & Surface Details
What is a "Cradleboard"?
It is a premium, professional artists' surface featuring a smooth wooden panel mounted onto a rigid wooden support frame (the "cradle"). This means the painting is solid, structurally sound, stable, and completely ready to hang on your wall right out of the box—no framing required.
Are these prints or originals?
Every portrait I sell is a one-of-a-kind original fine art piece. They are layered, painterly mixed-media works created daily with high-viscosity acrylics and professional mediums. There are no duplicates.
